Delivery timescales and charges
1.Delivery information
When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products to be delivered to an address of your choice.
Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email support.uae@JBL.com.
Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won’t incur any additional delivery charges. We’ll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box) or is in a remote location which is not serviced by our logistics provider. If this impacts your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
2.Delivery timescales and charges
All orders are delivered free of charge, unless stated otherwise.
Free next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday.
Saturday & Sunday orders will be delivered within 2 days in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman and 3 days for Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
Fujairah & Umm Al-Quwain orders are processed via Emirates Posts and will take between 3 to 4 days.
Paymant information
Payment can only be made online via cashless methods. We accept MasterCard, VISA (all types), and PayPal. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email
